These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Service Call Fees Policy
  • By requesting service, customers agree to pay the quoted service call fee.
  • Service call fees and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Labour fees are non-refundable.
  • Standard service call fee is $120 + HST, but may vary by location, time, or other factors.
  • Payments made by credit card may include a 2.4–3% convenience fee.

10. Parts Policy
Technicians from WPG (Appliance Repair Winnipeg Professional Group) will make reasonable efforts to leave the workspace clean. However, some services may require moving appliances, and the company is not responsible for incidental damage to floors, walls, or other property.

  • Warranty applies only to the repaired or replaced parts listed on the invoice, for the duration specified.
  • If no part is replaced during a repair, fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Electronic parts ordered or installed cannot be refunded or returned. Cancellation of such orders requires full payment of the part cost.
  • Consequential or incidental damages (including water damage, food spoilage, or similar losses) are not covered.
  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Overdue invoices (30+ days) or cancelled payments will incur a $99 late fee, and may be sent to a third-party collection agency.

Additional Fees:
  • Diagnostic fee starts at $99 + tax per appliance.
  • Second technician fee: $99 + tax.
  • Cancellations must be made by speaking to a live agent at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment; otherwise, a $99 + tax fee will apply.
  • In special cases, cancelled part orders may be refunded subject to a 30% restocking fee (management approval required).
