At Appliance Repair Winnipeg Professional Group, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide extended warranty coverage on both labour and replacement parts for the designated period specified on your invoice (up to 6 months). Our warranty applies strictly to the specific services performed and parts installed by our technicians.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Specific Coverage: Coverage applies exclusively to the exact parts replaced and labour performed during the repair, as listed on your official invoice.
• Multiple Component Failures: Repairing one failed component does not guarantee or warrant that other unrelated components of the appliance will not fail later.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts, and labour relating to the installation of such parts is non-refundable.
• Voiding the Warranty: The warranty is immediately void if the appliance is serviced, repaired, modified, relocated, or disassembled by anyone other than an authorized WPG Appliance Repair technician.
• Misuse & Foreign Objects: Coverage does not apply to issues caused by improper use, user neglect, blockages/clogs of any kind, or foreign objects entering pumps, motors, or other mechanical components.
• Non-Transferable: Warranties apply strictly to the original client and installation address and cannot be transferred to new home owners or new locations.
• Consequential Loss Exclusion: The warranty covers the repaired component only. It does not cover secondary or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, floor/water damage, or property damage resulting from appliance failure.
• Part-Free Repairs: Whenever possible, we aim to reduce your repair costs by adjusting or repairing existing components without replacing them. If the appliance fails again and subsequently requires new parts, this will be treated as a new repair requirement and is not covered under the prior service warranty.
• Expiration: All warranty coverages automatically expire once the designated period listed on your invoice ends.
