1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

3.1 Fees and Service Calls

• Service Call & Diagnostics: Diagnostic service call fees start at $99 + applicable taxes (GST/PST) per appliance. Rates may vary based on location within Winnipeg or surrounding areas, job complexity, and scheduling time.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Service call fees, labor charges, and advance deposits are non-refundable once work or inspection has commenced. Deposits collected for special-order parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
• Additional Technician: If a repair requires a second technician for safety or technical reasons, an additional fee starting at $99 + tax will apply.
• Service Scope: Service call fee covers diagnosis only and does not include repair labor or parts unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Cancellation Guidelines

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee, you must notify our office by contacting a representative at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service window.
• Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice will incur a $99 + tax cancellation fee.

3.3 Parts & Warranty Standards

• Electronic Parts: All electronic or custom-ordered components installed or sourced by WPG Appliance Repair are final sale and non-refundable.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts, and labor relating to such parts is strictly non-refundable. (Добавлено)
• Order Cancellations: Canceling an ongoing repair after parts have been dispatched or installed obligates the customer to pay the full cost of those parts. At management's sole discretion, eligible returned parts may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Warranty Scope: Warranty covers only the specific parts replaced and labor performed by WPG Appliance Repair, as listed on your official invoice, for the designated period. 3.5 Payment Terms & Methods

• Payment Due Date: Invoices are due immediately upon completion of service or presentation of the invoice.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances overdue by 30 days, or reversed payments, will incur a $99 late fee plus any collection costs permitted by applicable law. Unresolved accounts may be forwarded to third-party collection agencies.
• Payment Options:
• Interac E-Transfer: Accepted within Canada.
• Credit Card Processing: Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3%.
• Taxes: Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/PST) apply to all rates and charges.

3.6 Promotional Discounts & Coupons
Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers apply strictly toward labor and repair costs. Discounts cannot be applied to diagnostic service call fees.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
